No technical reason I can think of that the File-Level Restore (FLR) dialog couldn't default to the original folder (if it still exists). I will add this as a customer request.

The FLR is designed for quick restores of a file or folder and not for more detailed restores using other factors like multiple folders, file versions, and backup date that you get when performing file-level backups. If you need the benefits of both, however, then my recommendation is to perform both types of backups on the system in question. That's what I do with my work system. I perform weekly image backups and daily file-level backups of my User folder - each with different retention.

Yes, that would be a solution. The chained backup will always run an incremental (unless the force a full option is selected on the chained backup). So running the full as a part of the main backup plan schedule and leaving the chained execution to run the incrementals should work.

Do you have backups going to any other backup targets?

It's possible the local repository database somehow got out of sync with the storage. You can run a consistency check using the method described here: https://help.msp360.com/cloudberry-backup/restore/about-restore/performing-a-consistency-check

Correct. You could restore everything from B2 without asking for a drive delivery - but depending on number of files and downstream bandwidth, a drive might be the better option. You could also restore right off the USB drive if needed.

You do not have to worry about Backblaze B2 versioning features. We handle all the restore features, including point-in-time, versioning, etc. If you requested a drive from Backblaze, you'd get exactly what's in storage and exactly what MSP360 needs to perform the restore; including all versions of all files that can be pulled from.

That's not correct. A version is either a full or incremental. You have a full and two incrementals. And that's 3 versions available for restore.

Actually on second read that's working correctly. After the second block level backup, you now have 3 versions that can be restored and deleting the first full and it's related block level backups is what's supposed to happen.

At this point, I think you'll need to open a support case. Other than checking your BIOS for any updates, it's possible there's a missing driver specific to the Dell machines. Also, are you backing up the Bitlocker encrypted volumes as is or are you having MSP360 Backup decrypt them during backup? (see the Keep Bitlocker option in the wizard)?

Can you also confirm the version of the software you are using?

* When the Dell logo appears, tap F12 on the keyboard several times to enter the system setup screen .
* Select the USB storage device and press Enter

And you've disabled Secure Boot in the UEFI BIOS?
