You can buy separate licenses for your virtual machines and SQL database and install the product on a VM level.

It looks like you are using an old Amazon Glacier Vault storage, which Amazon is no longer developing and replaced with S3 Storage Class. if it's new hardware you are trying to restore to, you should be able to use a 15-day trial. Otherwise, a separate license is required.

If your goal is to verify that a backup can be restored, consider using the Restore Verification feature. It will spin up a local VM from your backup and report back on the resaukt

Do you mean you don't see the "Hybrid Backup" option when creating a new backup plan? If so, it's because "Hybrid Backup" is not yet supported for the New Backup Format. You can use chained backup plans as a workaround or the legacy format if it doesn't work for you.

synthetic full for Glacier IR is only supported on the agent level starting from v7.8.2. You can try to configure backup plans there, and we are working to make it available in the web management console.

There might be several reasons you don't have the delete option. Maybe you changed the prefix for the computer, or the storage destination is configured in "Restore Only" mode. Can you send a screenshot with a left-side panel with storage accounts and computers?

Based on the error message, it looks like it's a cloud backup plan. Are you sure the storage destination is local storage? I'd advise you to send logs to our tech support team so that they can verify your backup plan configuration and advise on the best solution.

If you remember the MSP360 user account this server ran under, you can try to log in with this user account in the backup agent on any other computer, navigate to the Backup Storage tab and delete data there. The other option would be to access your S3 account directly and delete data there.
