ca-central-1 Wasabi buckets can't be accessed

This issue is only with ca-central-1 buckets. They mount. But if we open the mounted drive in Windows Explorer we get a "Location is not available, Z:\ is not accessible. Incorrect function." error message.

Need to select "S3 Compatible"
