I've been using MSP360 on my Mac for a while now; I back up some data from my local machine to a NAS in my home and also to Wasabi, and back up some data from the NAS to Wasabi. The NAS died and I want to pull back some of the data to my Mac until I can get it replaced. When I try to start the MSP360 application on the Mac, the icon appears in the tray but no window appears to do the recovery. If I right-click on the tray icon and select "show all windows" it says "no available windows". I haven't opened the GUI in a while because I haven't changed anything or gotten any backup failures.
Can someone help me troubleshoot this? Intel Macbook Pro, Ventura 13.7.5 OS. I don't know what version of MSP360 I'm running because I can't open it.
