    I've used Google Drive as a storage account with Backup for Windows on a previous laptop, but now that I'm trying to set it up on a new laptop, I'm getting these errors shown in the attachments, and then it tells me it wasn't able to add the account. Any suggestions? :confused:

    please click on the diagnostic button, add the link to this thread to the comment field and click send (it will send logs). Once we get it, we can advise.
    An educated guess: Do you have any antivirus software on the new one laptop?
