I currently get a "Product total size limit exceeded" for any backup plan I attempt to run. I am trying to backup my Windows Server with CloudBerry Backup Server Edition 5.3.1 to an empty B2 bucket. When I check my Storage Account used space in CloudBerry (Welcome > Storage Accounts > Update Storage Usage) it shows "Used space: 4.01 TB (Original: 5.41 TB)". However, if I log in to B2 I have only one bucket which shows "Current Size: 3.6 MB". I verified that my CloudBerry backup plan is attempting to back up to that B2 bucket.

Why won't CloudBerry pick up the correct bucket size? I am only trying to back up a 60 GB hard drive (45.1 GB used) so this shouldn't be an issue.

Most likely you deleted a lot of data outside of the software. Synchronizing local repository via tools > options > repository should help.
