    Hi! With the new update I am not able to access the remote computer anymore. I get this message: "Waiting for "Remote instance of Remote Assistant start", even though the Remote Assistant app is running. I can successfully enter the password. But after that message another one comes up: "Assistant start failed on remote computer, force quitting running application instances has failed".

    I use encryption and password with full access to the remote computer, but now this is not working. Is there a fix for this, or how do I revert back to the old version. This "upgrade" is a downgrade really.

    Hello Oleg,

    Let's try a different approach, I have requested logs from you in another thread. While we are doing this, could you please do the following:

    1) Uninstall the CBRA on the remote machine and remove C:\ProgramData\Remote Assistant folder
    2) Install it again and set up the Unattended Access again
    3) Try connecting to it
