Have you recently updated the software? This issue is usually happening when the service of Remote Assistant becomes unresponsive, in this case, the only remedy is to restart the service on the remote machine. So far only few of our clients encountered this issue so we cannot reproduce it correctly. I would also suggest checking our the services restart behavior. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you for the response I will try that and see if it corrects the problem I did try making the remote computer that I am trying to connect with the master computer and my computer the slave....that worked perfectly so I am confused as to why it did not work the other way ?
