Remote Assistant full control problem

    I'm using RA for several months. Since first use, there is one problem that fallow me all this time: everything works fine, but, when i try to open device manager on remoted pc it looks like i'm in "View only" mode (Full control mod is enabled all the time) and can't do nothing. But, when i close "device manager" manually on remoted pc, everything works fine again. Same problem is on Win 7 and Win 10.

    Hello,

    In this case, I would suggest trying the Unattended Access feature, it looks like a UAC problem which interferes into the process of controllign the machine. I would suggest either running the host side of the RA from Admin or if you are using Unattended Access set the service execution to Admin one manually. Hope it helps, let us know how it goes after those settings.

    It works now. As you said, RA on controlled pc, must run as admin.

    Right click on RA ->Compatibility-> and checked "Run this program as an administrator".
