Error 0x8007007A The Data area passed to a system call is too small
Running CloudBerry Drive Ver.
on Windows Server 2019 std vm.
Have Cloudberry drive set as virtual drive to AWS S3 bucket. When I try to copy file to the CB drive I get error : "Error 0x8007007A The Data area passed to a system call is too small" This only affects the CB drive. Does not affect any other shared drives on VM.
We need to investigate the logs.
Please send them by going to Drive tray icon, right-click and choose Diagnostic, use "Send to Support" button there.
Figured out the issue. Had to tweak the "File Cache" settings in the setup menu.
Seems to be working now. Set it for unlimited size of cache and timeout period. left both boxes blank. had set to 1024GB and 30 secs
