    Hello,
    I'm having some trouble with remote assitant. I have a client using it and has been using it for a couple of months. About a week ago, they complained that they could not connect. I tried from a different computer, my own, and the error "Unattended access request failed: unspecified error".

    No matter what computer I try to remote in, nothing works. I did not have encryption on, I have unattended access and custom password on. I've messed around with that, turning them on and off, and still nothing.

    I have a sonicwall in the mix. Is it blocking incoming connections?
