I can login and control a remote laptop (Dell w/ Windows 10) without any issues. However after I have disconnected / signed off the remote session the laptop user is unable to see the mouse cursor or use the mouse. Restart doesn't help, neither does changing the cursor properties, appearance or windows theme. Any suggestions would be appreciated as the laptop is currently unusable. Thanks.
I am unaware of any issues that would cause what you are describing. Have you tried uninstalling the agent? Is the mouse working but not visible - meaning you can click and drag but simply cannot see it on screen? Or, are you saying the mouse is completely disabled?
