Has anyone experienced this? Normally shadows are removed during sessions but my PC is stuck without them. How can I unblock this because changing in performance and visual effects (windows advanced settings) does not restore them.

If no, please update and try again.
If yes, we will need the app logs (you can send them from Menu > Diagnostic) and event logs (System and Application, please send them attached to supportatcloudberrylabdotcom) from both PCs.
