On the web https://www.msp360.com/remote-desktop/managed.aspx I read
    "Lite Client (Quick Support)
Optimized for instant support, a lightweight agent allows you to start a remote session without installation.
    "
but I can't find any information regarding this. I'm using the Remote Assistant on several home computers but being able to access some PC ad hoc using a link, not requiring installation, would be a great improvement.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Vaclav

The QuickSupport client is on the Remote Desktop for Windows download page. There is currently no permalink for the QuickSupport download. You can copy the link for the current release and use until a new version comes out, bookmark the download page and download from there when needed, or copy the QuickSupport binary locally and use it with your customers until a new version is released.

Thanks, I will try that asap. I did not notice it on the download page, my fault.
You mention a new version - will it change the quick support functionality somehow? I think the best would be tha ability to just send a link which would initiate the quicksupport session.
    Thanks again,
    Vaclav

The Quick Support client is not for connecting to a remote system. It's for users on the remote side who need help and do not have the expertise to install software or prefer to not have any software installed permanently. You need the full version to connect to a system using the Quick Support client.
