    Hello how things are going!

I am new around here, the first thing is to say thanks in advance.

And the second is that I have a problem that I do not understand.

When I create a copy and the days go by, when I need to recover a copy of a specific day I cannot and when I synchronize the files it does nothing, that is, when I synchronize all the files that I have uploaded must be taken well, which is not the case, either because I don't know or I'm not doing it correctly.

I leave you some images so you can see what I mean.

And another thing when I use the consistency check, it formats the used space and sets it to 0. Why is that?

Comment that I have my copies the S3 from Amazon. And the version I have is the 7.1.0.206.

Greetings and good day // Un saludo!!

What are your retention settings? If you need to restore a specific day, and you select to restore files manually, you should see all versions to pick from. You can also restore using the modified or backup date range and all files that meet that criteria will be restored.

I don't have an answer for the second question. It may need a support case. Let's try to address your primary issue first.

    Good morning David,
I can't restore a specific day either since Cloudberry "doesn't see the data" of that day when in S3 there is.

I don't know what else to try.

    salu2!

You did not answer my questions. What are your retention settings? What options are you using to restore? Are you trying to select the version manually? Are you restoring using the backup date or modified date? Or trying to restore some other way? Also, please clarify what type of backup you are performing.
