I tried to login into my account. No verification code.
My login and password work. However, the next step with verification code does not work. I never receive the code. I checked my spam filter by the way.
Are you saying you set up two-factor authentication for login? If so, then you must have set it up using Google Authenticator on your mobile device. Can you clarify how you can figure 2FA?
I am an idiot. The label for the authentication was not marked as MSP360. I have not used it for awhile. I have quite few 2fas and the management is becoming a problem.
well at least the label is easy to fix in Authenticator Glad it's resolved.
