When I installed 2.5 I lost all ID and connect information. Had to use Teamviewer to be able to get everything working again. Can you guarantee tht it is safe to upgrade from 2.5 and we will not lose the ability to connect due o lost info?

do you recall what version you upgraded from? There were some reported issues of older versions losing connection info which is why I'm asking.
