Over this past weekend I had no less than 90 backup plans fail, due apparently to an MSP360 Outage from Midnight to 5:00am EST on 12/12.
Did we get a notification of the problem? NOOOOOOO!
I spent 7 hours over the weekend fixing the damage. and had to submit tickets and logs to get anyone to finally acknowledge that there was a system problem.
Going forward PLEASE let us know when there is an issue !!!!!
You want to be a major backup vendor? Act like one!
We know that outages will happen now and then, so do not be embarrassed - pretending it didn't happen is a bad reflection on the product.
