    Working on an image restore and having multiple problems. First off this is in the "new" image format. Restores are terribly slow still. With a fast server and 1gbps fiber connection, restore is downloading from Wasabi at 15-20mbps.

    If that's not bad enough, after 8-9 hours it's erroring out saying parts are missing.

    Beyond frustrated at this point. We have not had one restore ever work successfully on the first try with this software ever. It's always slow to error out, then we have to contact support and wait hours or days for a resolution.

    Seems like all MSP360 development is towards RMM and not their core backup product which is still not working.

    I guess it's time to start searching for alternatives.

    I would submit a ticket with support. We have been doing a fair amount of new format bare metal image restore tests. We had some issues early on (not sure if they were our fault or not). Lately they have all completed successfully. Any way of determining if the download speed you are getting is due to MSP360 vs. Wasabi? We are obviously getting much faster results restoring from a NAS vs. the cloud.
