We had been successfully backing up a Windows XP machine using V. 7.6.1.69 up until the 9/23/22, just after the release of Management Console 6.1 on 22-Sep-2022.
More recent versions do not work - unable to establish connection.
I have an open case (#00180695), and have asked that it get escalated as it appears likely that the TLS/Cipher SUites that are used in XP are no longer supported.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar problem and/or knows what changed in the 9/22 release that might haver affected connectivity from Windows XP.
P.S. I know you are asking "Why is your client still on WIndows XP?". Because to move to the latest version of their software, that supports current Windows versions, will cost in excess oif $30,000 and the client is not willing to do so.
