Managing headless Linux from another machine via GUI

I'm looking at running CloudBerry on a headless linux server. Is there a way to manage it via a GUI interface on another machine, most likely a windows box?

It does exist for a long time now.
Terminal command to enable it: ./cbb option -set wa -http on
HTTP port 43210 by default, can be set.
