    I have 3 backup plans.
    One copies files to a file server.
    the other 2 copy files to a portable hard drive. (I have 3 hard drives. I change them out every day)
    Things were working fine, but 2 weeks ago the backups started hanging at startup.
    they never get past "starting, please wait".
    any ideas on why?
    what can I do to fix it?
    I have deleted and re-create each of them, but the outcome is the same.

    Hello , please send the diagnostic logs from the Feedback menu in the top menu bar (or use [./cbb sendLog] in CLI) to involve our Support Team. It will automatically create a support ticket for you.
    This is the most efficient way to get assistance on a technical issue.
