3 days ago I was working on Cloudberry and actually backing up and restoring data for people so everything was fine. My level 2 did a migration of this Virtual server cloudberry is on which is a Win Serv 2012 R2 to another partition. After that happened the server has lost 3 months of data. Cloudberry reverted back to July when our licenses was due, which we took care but the software on the server can't see the data from July 27th until current, even though we can see the data it needs on the external hard drive and also it says there is a current backup in the Cloud from 2 days ago. The software doesn't see it when we go through the restore, what are we missing?
