We recently started migrating our client backups to CB and chose Wasabi as the storage.
When CB does full backups we are seeing our "deleted" space grow each time by the same amount of space as the FULL backup. It does not appear it's doing a synthetic full backup.
Is there something we have to do to enable that. Hopefully we can get a quick answer here because the 90 day retention is going to really be a deal killer if we can't get synthetic full backup working on Wasabi.
Better to troubleshoot this with support.
We need the following:
1) Logs from one of the machines(tools > diagnostic)
2) Screenshots from the backup storage tab
You can attach the screenshots once the ticket is created after sending the logs.
