I am Install Cloud berry software through Managed backup. But one machine show offline continuously in msp dashboard.

Are all of your machines located on the same site?
Do you have any proxy there?
Please try resolving and pinging these sites: mspbackups.com ws.mspbackups.com rm.mspbackups.com
Do you happen to have a ticket number to take a look at the entire log files?
