If I try to send diagnostic data via cloudberry, it stucks and after some hours I have to kill the cloudberry process.
I only see the waiting circle and it turns and turns.
    Any suggestion what to do?

There's an option to generate logs locally https://help.cloudberrylab.com/cloudberry-backup/command-line-interface/sending-logs-and-files-to-support
After that yo ucan send us the log archive via email to . Don't forget to describe the problem in as many details as possible.

Well, the error is that I cannot send diagnostic data via the cloudberry app.
I know, there is a way to do it from the console, but why isn't it working from the app anymore?
Maybe the diagnostic data arrive with you, but the app shows that it still sends data.....and it never stops.

That's exactly why you need to generate the log archive manually via instructions from my previous post and send it to us as an attachment.

You can upload it to any file-sharing service of your choice and send the link in the same email. Will be looking forward to your feedback.
