I have a problem and I do not know how to solve it, can someone help me?
The remote name could not be resolved: 'ws.mspbackups.com'
What's the ws. In the URL? Is that something you typed or were you directed to that page? Remove it and see if all is resolved.
is the DNS name of the cloudberry API that your backup software uses.
You will see the GUI console, for example, report that it can't resolve
if you disconnect your system from the network and then try to launch the GUI.
I would expect that "ws" stands for "web service".
You probably have internet connectivity issues, or at least DNS service issues on the affected system(s). That address definitely should be resolvable.
db ots Is right here, you need to make sure that our portal is reachable from that machine.
