I tried, reinstalling the agent, i also deleted all the files related to the previous installation to do it like new, and the problem persists, any support is well appreciated.
That's pretty unusual. Just to clarify: did you delete the subfolder inside programdata when uninstalling the software? Also, try reinstalling.NET packages on that machine from scratch, that might help.
Thank you for the response, i actually tried to access to the virtual machine today and i couldn't get in, may be because of an other customer who is actually using the virtual machine right now, as soon as i can access i will tried this solutions and i will tell you my results as soon as possible.
