Hi. I just had an issue where both a server and workstation backup failed to do an incremental offsite image backup. Now the backup wants to do a full offsite backup because a piece is missing.

I sent a support ticket in. They said this was the reason.

One or more data parts are missing on backup storage for restore point: 3/26/2023 1:00 AM. This restore point and all the following restore points may not be restored properly. A full backup was executed instead of the planned incremental backup and a new generation was created

They said the only fix this is to run a full offsite backup image. I can't just run a full image offsite. It can take days to run this. Meanwhile other image backups can't run in the meantime. Is there really no other way?
