S3 file fails to reflect update of file on W2019 server
On 4/17/23 at 1936 Central (UTC -0500) a number of files were updated on our Windows 2019 server d: drive which is mapped to an s3 bucket using Cloudberry Drive. Only one file did not update in the s3 bucket. A file with the same name from 4/14/23 was still in place in that s3 bucket.
Because this occurred in the past, we have logging turned on per the instructions from MSP360 Support. How do we retrieve and transmit the logs? Who will analyze the logs? We bought multiple licenses for Drive within the last year. Is support still available?
