The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
Product: MSP360 Backup Desktop Edition , version: 7.8.7.59
This is the error message we get when we try to do a backup. This backup has been working for quite some time and nothing has really changed. What could be causing this? Looks like some files were still backed up so not sure what files this error is affecting.
