Remote computer quit accepting Password/Window login
I subscribe to Connect Pro. After using Password/Windows login option for 2 years, today a remote computer quit accepting the password and responds with "Invalid PIN". I have accessed through other means and reset password login option in MSP360, but remote computer continues to accept only a PIN and the Windows session login option does not appear. This recently occurred with several other remote computers, but rebooting and resetting solved the problem; however, I have been unable to correct the issue with this system. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
This could be a site error or system error . You must check your control panel and remote users settings to resolve the issue.
