I'm running Windows Pro 10 (64-bit). I've configured MSP360 Backup Desktop Edition (formerly Cloudberry) to send me an email summary after each job.
I have MSP360 set up to run 3 backup jobs early each morning. Normally I get 3 email summaries, one from each job, and have gotten these emails every day for months. Today, I received no summaries.
I started up MSP360 and I can see all 3 jobs ran early this morning. 2 completely succeeded; 1 "failed" because there was an infected file it didn't back up.
I haven't changed anything in MSP360, or even run the program manually, for weeks.
Could someone tell me why I didn't receive the email summaries today, and, especially, how I can get them to start again?
