    We are happy to announce our latest update for the Managed Connect product.

    1. Admin permissions in MBS for direct access in Connect
    Now you can limit which administrators are allowed to connect directly to open remote sessions without any PINs or confirmations from the other side. This permission works together with the Connect agent option that enables direct (authorized) access globally or for specific companies. So, in order for an administrator to be able to use direct (authorized) access to computers in a company, this feature should be enabled both for this administrator and for this company.

    2. Multi-monitor view in Connect Web
    If you connect in the web browser to a remote desktop that has more than 1 display, you don't have to switch between these displays any more - now you can have all these displays open in separate browser windows and work with all of them at the same time.

    3. Automatic reconnect in Connect Web
    If you temporarily lose connection to your remote desktop or reboot the remote computer, Connect Web will now try to restore your session automatically when remote computer becomes available again.

    4. Option to collapse the Connect Web panel
    If you find that standard Connect Web menu panel takes up too much space and hiding it makes it impossible to work with the top edge of the screen, you can collapse this panel and move it to the side where it doesn't interfere with your work.
