MSP backup Utlimate Report showing incorrect summary info

    On the email summary on one of my sites using MSP Ultimate 7.9.3.140 I started on 2/21/24 (a week ago) seeing a summary as completed with No Errors but the Data to Backup, Files Copied and Data Copied items are 0

    In the report below I believe they should be 707.77, 202 and 707.77 respectively

    If I run the job again then it reports 0 files to backup so it looks like the job is completing successfully but the report is wrong

    I am not seeing the same issue with the same version on another site...

    What could be causing this issue? It just started happening a week ago...

    What was the resolution to this problem? I've been seeing the same thing over the past several months. I don't have an exact time / version when it started but the issue has been present over the at least the past two version upgrades that I've performed.

    Here is my report from today showing the same issue:
