Monthly Licensing? How?!?
We got a quote for monthly pricing for backups. Looking at the mspbackups page, I see options exist for annual and monthly subscriptions. Perfect! When I go to buy licenses, only annual subscriptions exist. Am I in the twilight zone?!? What’s going on?? How / where are monthly subscriptions? I called and emailed the sales team this morning, but I’ve received no reply. As I’m trying to send money, it’s a little disconcerting no one is willing to answer my questions and take my money.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thank you for reaching out. We had to enable the ability to buy monthly licenses since you had an older account tailored to the yearly mode.
Sorry for the delay, you are all set now to purchase monthly licenses from your console.
Not OP but to piggy-back off of this, does everyone have this capability now (it just needs to be enabled)? Is there any price difference between monthly/yearly?
Yes, annual contracts have a built-in discount about 17%.
