    , Thanks for your question.
    What’s your cloud storage provider?
This is the minimum to get started with diagnosing, not guessing :)
Some more lines of logs would be helpful.
If it’s not sufficient, we gonna need to automatically generate a set of logs and send it to us to take a deeper dive.
    Thanks

Depending on your cloud storage this error message can refer to time outs while trying to connect to the backup destination or simply that your credentials have expired.

Judging by the error message it's Azure, so more plausible reason is that clock is not correctly synchronized on the machine. Make sure that your time zone is selected correctly and the problem will solve itself.

Azure, clock is set correctly on our side :) I will double check though.

I have seen this on 2 of customers. The error on them it appears in some backup reports, then disappears in some other backup reports, then comes again...and continues on and off. It might be slow connection..some timeouts..it is difficult to trace that problem. The backup result though is always succeed meaning that in report there not reported files not being backed up.

There are several reasons for the issue to occur, including connection time outs and network device changes. In most of the cases the issue is indeed related to incorrect time sync, the problem is prevalent in domain machines where there's a problem with syncing time on Domain Controller.
