I am working with my own household computer. I am the only user, and I have confirmed that I am the administrator. What next, please? Thank you. SHC -

118Under Mapped Drives in Options, are you sure the account is Mounted? Once mounted, it should show up under you Computer in Windows Explorer as a mounted drive.
Please provide additional details on mapped drive settings (Mount As option should be selected), others?
