Is the "portal access"{Forum questions} granted differently from "Forum access"{for ticket subs} & license retrieval etc?
Signing up tonight for Portal access I was getting recapta key error
In one of your many Forum responses to a question you mentioned it was better to submit some questions directly to: Submit tickets here=> https://support.cloudberrylab.com/portal/newticket
maybe that is an old comment?
Still the place to go to create a ticket?
Easiest way is from within the product using the Tools | Diagnostic toolbar option. But yes, I am pretty certain the credentials are separate for the Forum and Support.
