There's absolutely no difference between the original and the copy of the same file. The problems with the video files you mentioned are most likely related to codec issues on the OS itself.

Yes. Judging by the reports that should also be working fine even on 5.9.4.

From what I heard there were no problems during our QA testing(at least during regular backup/restore procedures). Some minor issues with bootable USB creation, but they'll be ironed out in the beginning of 2019 with the release of version 6.0.
All of this is related to version 5.9.4, of course.

Seems to be an inconsistency between local and cloud destinations. Make sure you're on the latest version(5.9.4) and then synchronize the repository for both destinations via tools > options > repository, that should help.

You can select which plans you want to export with your configuration, that would be the easiest way, but all of the plans are located in configuration folder(C:\ProgramData\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Backup by default) in .cbb format, so you can just copy the file from one folder to another even if the software is already running and it will immediately appear in GUI on your new machine.

Is it strictly for storage reports or backup notifications? Can you provide the screenshot? In certain sections of the portal we provide approximated info regarding storage space used.

Cloud to Cloud backups are strictly for transferring files files between 2 cloud storage providers.

As for your situation, I think it would be better to simply set up a hybrid backup plan. If you're planning to use NAS device as a source you simply need to create another file backup plan and select the files on your NAS device. I presume you're not backing up the same data that was already transferred to NAS by our software, otherwise that would create a mess on cloud side once the files are transferred.

Yeah, that's OneDrive's API limitation. All consumer storage providers like Google Drive and Amazon Cloud Drive have shortcomings like that.

In case there are some inconsistencies between what is actually on storage side and the backup storage tab I would recommend to run repository synchronization via tools > options > repository. That usually solves such issues easily.

Currently, if the software is already installed on a machine you can add account and select previous backup prefix via Remote Management section.

All of those improvements(and more) are actually already on our road map. Passed all of this info to our dev department and added your email to the notification list, so you'll receive an email when such features are implemented.

Regarding your questions:
1) Yes, that's possible, shouldn't be any issues with that. We create a special folder structure on stiorage side so the data doesn't get mixed up.
2) Currently archive mode just overwrites everything upon new backup, so regular mode would be better in your case. You can specify to keep the data for dozens of years.
