That is correct, using a custom password with UA is not safe and as I mentioned in the forum and blog post those are just replacements for the PIN, not the encryption key. As for the error that you have encountered it seems that you have set-up UA without encryption and enabling it on the target machine, this is why it is expecting a regular connection.

The simultaneous connection is not yet available, I think I understood your configuration and this feature is coming a bit later, I cannot really tell you any exact ETA's yet, but I hope it will be available till the end of the year. As for using different keys for 1 host, not really sure that it is required, 1 key for 1 host is the common scenario. Let me know if you have any other questions.

As a possible workaround you can do it by deleting the license files under:

C:\ProgramData\Remote Assistant

This will reset the registration. Hope it helps, let me know if you have any other questions.

Nope, we haven't encountered it on the update, in fact, I have updated myself from 2.1 to 2.2 and haven't encountered anything like that. So we will need to clarify a few moments here:

1) Was the same user used in the installation?
2) Any changes on the machine were made regarding OS reinstallations or anything?
3) Is it a VM or a physical machine?
