    This toggle works for normal PIN-connections only, with the unattended access we display this pop-up for a couple of seconds in case there is an open Windows session so that we could warn the active user that somebody is trying to remote in. You're right, you may either accept the connection or decline it and if you do nothing it will be accepted automatically.

    This behavior makes sense in the context of managing somebody's PC so that you will not be disturbing them and could easily manage it during non-business hours, when nobody is at it at the moment, or when allowed to.

    , thanks a lot for your suggestions! Let me answer in the same order.

    1) We'll definitely put this feature request and consider it for the future releases

    2) This one seems to be more tricky because it can potentially let you abuse the full control

    3) We lock the sessions in case you joined when it was locked and leave them open if they were open before us. This behavior seems legit for us but we might be missing something and will appreciate your feedback.

    4) We have this button, but only display it when connecting via the Unattended Access due to some technical difficulties. We are working on them and hope to introduce it in all the modes soon.

    Your key doesn't work for me indeed, however the ones I generate are fine, so we will need some more information to investigate this issue. Could you please send us the diagnostic logs from both the machines in question by going to the main menu button and choosing "Diagnostic", use "Send to Support" button there. The logs will be sent to our support team automatically. This will help us diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. Please add "Logs for Harry from Allan" to the issue description.

    Meanwhile please try recreating a new key and let me know if this helps.

  • Error Reported on trying to connect to a remote computer
    Hi, usually this means that the remote PC is turned off, however, we're implementing new network architecture and some versions might be incompatible with the other. Could you check that you got 1.6.2.38 installed on both the systems and let me know if one of them has some other version installed.

    In case both the systems use got 1.6.2.38 installed and you're still getting this error while both the systems are online - we will need some more information to investigate this issue. Could you please send us the diagnostic logs from both the machines in question by going to the main menu button and choosing "Diagnostic", use "Send to Support" button there. The logs will be sent to our support team automatically. This will help us diagnose and troubleshoot the issue. Please add "Logs for Harry from Jcb" to the issue description.

    I updated the ticket, but will probably double it here. Did you have a look at our Unattended Access functionality? If so, please let me know, what exactly doesn't suit you?
  • Unattended Access public key error
    Please check that you pasted the encryption key from the host to the client. In order to do that please type in the ID of the remote PC and press the "Lock" button, paste the key in this new pop-up window and give it a try. Please let me know if this doesn't help.

    You'll need to save %PROGRAMDATA%\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Remote Assistant\RaSettings.xml in this case. Please note, that in case you transfer it between two working machines it might cause some collision and thus should only be used in some scenarios where the old PC will be gone.
