  • Public key lost in recent list / Address Book v2.3.0.52
I am confused now. You are talking about the free version of the product and its limitations. Your product webpage is saying it's absolutely free and I can't find any mention about paid version.

When will you announce two different versions?
  • Public key lost in recent list / Address Book v2.3.0.52
    Hello
any way how to receive temporary workaround or (better) an updated official version? The restriction to 10 saved previous connections is, unfortunately, pretty annoying.

    Regards

    Radek

Oh, this is a disaster. May I ask for the workaround too? If it doesn't mean to stop to use encryption keys...
  • Launching RA from KeePass
Ok, I tried to launch '"CloudBerry Remote Assistant.exe" configUnattendedAccess' remotely on a workstation with already updated CBRA. I tried it for the first time as a user without admin permissions. It doesn't work. My CBRA connection was disconnected immediately.

After that I tried to launch CMD as Administrator. I was disconnected because of UAC.

After that I logged in as a local administrator and launched '"CloudBerry Remote Assistant.exe" configUnattendedAccess' again. I was disconnected but after I re-connected with the same local administrator I was finally able to copy output "extra://..." string.

I was able to create custom field named "unattendedlink" in my KeePass and used the following URL in this KeePass entry:
    cmd://"%ProgramFiles%\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Remote Assistant\CloudBerry Remote Assistant.exe" "{S:unattendedlink}"

Now I am able to select KeePass entry, press CTRL+U and CBRA is automatically launched and connected to the remote computer. CBRA must not be running before (which was expected).
  • Launching RA from KeePass
    Hello
Isi it included in 2.0.0.9 version I discovered 2 hours ago?

Would you be so kind and share how should I call CLI version and what parameters to use?
  • Unattended mode - unable to initiate connection
As usual I have found partial answer just after I posted the question.

CloudBerry Remote Assistant Service was not running, although it's configured to start automatically.

    Hello Gleb
it's good news. CLI version would solve KeePass usage immediately and I believe it would help with Devolutions RDM integration as well (reported in a different topic).
  • CLI support
    Hi
I am going to send you a couple of screenshots. It doesn't make sense to create Quick Support connections under RDM. It's used for TeamViewer Host installations only (aka running as windows service). TeamViewer UIN is static and password is predefined (static) too. In CloudBerry Remote Assistant it could be existing (and static) 9 digit number. And now it depends on what's possible - if it's possible to just launch RA's window with pre-filled 9 digit number or the existing username credentials and public key would have to be saved under RDM and it would be a single click in RDM which would result in an initiated RA's connection from my laptop to required remote computer.
  • CLI support
Is it possible to share a couple of screenshots with you so that it's not available to public? One screenshot would probably explain it better than thousand words. Let me post here non-sensitive screenshot now - as you can see RDM supports TeamViewer, VNC, Wayk Now.

I asked Devolutions support if it would be possible to add CloudBerry Remote Assistant support and I received an immediate reply "Do you know if they have a command line for the integration?"

  • Stop Remote Session from Logging Out When Session Ends
From what I can see on your website it seems to me you released 1.7.2 12 minutes ago.
  • Stop Remote Session from Logging Out When Session Ends
    Hi
I was torturing "Check for updates" menu link for a couple of last days - except of today. Just after I created my comment I clicked "Check for updates" again and was surprised by a new release. And I thought - Damn, it was fast :)
  • Stop Remote Session from Logging Out When Session Ends
    Hello
this is a feature which blocks our migration from TeamViewer. It was big surprise when I started remote connection to user's computer before this user came to work, I finished remote assistance and disconnected and the user called me immediately that his session was logged off and he lost some unsaved data.

If you need another beta tester to speed up the official release I am raising my hand as an another volunteer.
