    Those are the only options. Unattended Access using Windows Credentials or Join an Active Session and the remote user can provide PIN or Accept the connection depending on how you set things up at the remote end. You cannot connect to an active session without the remote user confirming the connection for security reasons.

    My understanding is that the maintenance is going to be moved to next week. When I have a firm date, I'll let you know, but I would think you'll get an email about the change. Thanks.

    This may be related to the cloudberrylab.com domain issues. The DNS issue should be resolved by tomorrow. If the problem of missing plans still persists, then you'll need toreply here or open a support case. That is not intended behavior.

    That's not the case. It's not good news for our customers regardless of the reason, but I'm not going to debate with you. Tomorrow is the date from what I was just told by the engineering team. Status can be checked here: https://status.mspbackups.com/

    I am being told tomorrow is the resolution date. No excuses here. It's certainly not what we expect for ourselves and know this has been a frustrating outage for our customers.     I don't have any more information at this time. I've reached out again to the engineering team to see if they can get some additional information. It's frustrating for our customers and for us internally who are having to deal with this. My understanding is the DNS is corrected but the information is migrating and we just don't know when that's going to be complete yet. Again I'll report back once I know more. I am actively checking.

    It's not related to that. Once the DNS entries weren't properly resolving, these types of for sale pages show up. You can look up or whois on the domain to see that we own it. I'm still working on a resolution that I can post publicly. Stay tuned...

    This issue is related to DNS issues we're having with our provider on one of our servers. The problem was supposed to be addressed today, but it appears it's still resolving. DNS settings are currently migrating across routers. I'll report back on the forums when the issue is fully resolved.

    Yes it's still down. I don't have an update but I'm hoping by tomorrow the DNS entries will be properly migrated across the internet and things will be back to normal.

    My understanding is that the hosting provider has a DNS issue that's affecting Connect. That should be addressed by tomorrow. I apologize for the inconvenience. If I get some additional information from the engineering team I'll post it here.
