    Most likely a permission problem. Make sure S3FullAccess policy is attached to the credentials.

    This is also limited by API, btw. B2 doesn't allow to change the files and all copy operations would go through your PC, so we're hesitant to implement this.

    You'd need to connect both machines via VPN and map one of them as a local destination, but that's not really a configuration that we officially support, because of our focus on the cloud backups.

    Most likely you have disabled option to skip system and hidden files, so the software tries to back up everything that is selected. By default all system and hidden folders are skipped.

    License can be released via the Licensing menu on the old machine prior to activation on the new one. Otherwise, if you were unable to do that you can install and use trial version of the software and send a message to support@msp360.com, our licensing department will release it for you. In any case, there will be no down-time.

    As for OneDrive, there are no plans to do that due to severe API limitations of consumer-grade cloud providers.

    1) That's known problem which should be fixed in version 6.4, on some config there are problem with the Windows "ribbon".

    2) Same here, actually. Currently if you close the app it does not appear. The new version will be released in January.

    3) That looks like something new. Please update to version 6.2.3, enable high logging (tools > options > logging), reproduce the problem by running the plan for 3-5 minutes in this state, and send us the logs via tools > diagnostic menu. Don't forget to mention this forum thread in the issue description so it goes directly to me.

    There's no need to manually specify the backup config folders for any of your plans, since the repository is automatically recreated upon clean install and settings + plan files are backed up automatically.

    I suggest to exclude that directory from your backups and delete the folder from the cloud.

  • Cloudberry Backup Ultimate-Issue with Update

    Replied to you in the ticket, I'll provide the short version of the results of the investigation here. Checked the logs with my level 3 colleagues, and currently it looks like a database indexation occurred during the update, so the problem will not reoccur. The size of the database is a little too big, in my opinion, so please proceed with syncing every account like I described below.

    For now, I suggest to continue communication in the ticket.

    The old "server" version has been deprecated about 5 years ago, I believe, so, yeah, this is a pretty old edition of the app.

    You can still download the latest version and use it with your license, but it'll be without image-based backups. All other options will stay the same.

    If you go to Users > Companies menu and use the "Export as CSV" button it should provide you with report that should suit you. Do you want us to implement the same thing in scheduled reports?

    If you only changed the password on the Oracle side you'd also need to change it in the backup software.

  • Deploying CloudBerry Explorer Freeware

    The commercial license will allow you to do that, but I'd first make sure you can actually activate the software via regular means first. Do you activate freeware version correctly? I mean, I'm probably asking obvious things, but do you enter email address during activation?

    If possible, navigate to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CloudBerryLab\CloudBerry Explorer for Amazon S3\Logs, find the cloudberry.log file and send it to me via PM so I can check it out.
