0I installed Cloudberry Remote Assist on my computer and my friend's computer. She was having trouble finding an email. We connected our computers with mine as the control computer. I could see her screen, but nothing I clicked did anything. What do I need to do to control her computer? -

0Lois, your friend needs to set the Incoming Connection in the Settings Menu to "Allow Full Control".

In addition to Mike's reply, I can suggest requesting Full Control from the Main Menu upon connection.
