Problem: When restarting Windows on remote PC, I can't see/control Windows 10 screens/questions
I'm trying to restart Windows 10 on the remote PC - but it's not possible.
I know from looking across the room at the remote PC that the Windows 10 comes up with a screen saying "Closing 6 apps and restarting". And then below I'm supposed to choose "Restart Anyway" or "Cancel".
But on the local host PC CB Remote Assistant can't see that screen, so Windows can never reboot on the remote PC.
Team Viewer does allow the local PC to see all Windows functions on the remote PC so I can do whatever is necessary as I have total control over the remote PC and all Windows 10 functions.
This is important, as normally I'm not in the same city as the remote PC, so I can't really control it properly.
Please can you make it so that Remote Assistant can also see all Windows 10 screens on the remote PC? Thanks!!!
