    Hi,

    When I create a plan to restore files from a backup located in a external Hard Drive I can´t see the files themselves. All I can see is the computer prefix (DESKTOP-PC). When it gets executed it fails. This happens on a Restore Only Cloudberry Backup. On my paid version (other pc) I managed to see the entire folder structure and its files.

    Why can´t I see them on the freeware version Restore Only Cloudberry?

    Most likely you're using file name encryption, and those files are not visible in "restore-only" mode.
    Files with regular encryption are not affected by this.

    As a workaround please use trial version of the software and add account in standard mode, this will allow you to see your data and restore it.

    We're planning to fix that in the future, but there's no ETA yet.

    I´m using file name encryption indeed. It explains and solves the issue.

    Looking forward to see this fix implemented in the future.
