Network Information

We have a remote location that Cloudberry Drive complains about an AWS S3 Key even though it's being successfully used on other computers.
It's thought that since the network is locked down that might be root of the problem.
Is there any documentation on what network protocols/ports are used when Cloudberry is authenticating/setting up AWS S3 Bucket Storage?

Should just be HTTPS (port 443). What region is Drive installed and what AWS region are you trying to access? I don' think that should matter, but just in case I need to escalate to the support team...
