Will Not Connect
When starting MSP360 Free it tries to connect, but all I get is Disconnected in Red and also does not show my computer ID.
Please advise why this is happening.
This issue is related to DNS issues we're having with our provider on one of our servers. The problem was supposed to be addressed today, but it appears it's still resolving. DNS settings are currently migrating across routers. I'll report back on the forums when the issue is fully resolved.
Connect should be up and running now. I just checked both Managed and Free and both are working for me. Please let me know if you continue to have issues.
I have Connect Pro and cant get it to work either. Was able to get one session to work earlier today, but since then just shows connection lost.

When starting MSP360 Connect Freeware, it shows Disconnected and will not Reconnect
Unable to connect to Oracle cloud container. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
Can't Connect: looks like remote computer is offline or ID is incorrect
